Location: 100% Remote (U.S. or International)
Hours: U.S. EST Business Hours — Full-Time, managing 3–4 agency client accounts
Compensation: $50,000 Annual Salary
Additional Notes: Non-compete applies — no freelance or side social media client work permitted

About the role:
The Community Marketing Partner is responsible for the execution of organic digital andin-person marketing strategy for their assigned client(s), while serving as the primary client relationship manager. You'll act as both the strategic voice and/or creative face of our clients' organizations, setting the tone for how their businesses show up in conversations both online and in person, while ensuring exceptional client satisfaction and retention.
Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management (40% of role)
- Serve as primary client contact - be the go-to person for all client communications, questions, and strategic discussions
- Conduct regular client check-ins - weekly/bi-weekly calls to review performance, gather feedback, and align on priorities
- Manage client expectations - clearly communicate deliverables, timelines, and results while proactively addressing any concerns
- Present strategy and results - deliver monthly performance reports and quarterly strategy reviews with actionable insights
- Client retention and satisfaction - proactively identify opportunities to improve client experience and expand services
- Collaborate with internal teams - work seamlessly with Creative Production Lead, Client Success Manager, and other team members to deliver exceptional client results
Marketing Strategy Execution (40% of role)
- Execute organic marketing strategy - set forth by the our agency’s strategy team forassigned clients, including but not limited to: event planning & execution, social media management, content creation, email marketing, creative asset production, text message marketing, influencer and partnership management
- Content creation and on-camera work - willing to be on camera for clients to film content and be the face of the brand as needed
- Community engagement (proactive) - seeking out new community members online and offline to create positive relationships on behalf of the business
- Community engagement (reactive) - responding to audience and customer questions, requests, DMs as the voice of the brand and with the business's best reputation in mind
- Serve as the community expert - deeply understand organic marketing tools such as hashtags, geotags, and platform-specific best practices
Collaboration & Communication (20% of role)
- Client staff coordination - work with the client & client staff team to source content,information, and forge seamless and positive 2-way communications
- Internal team collaboration - participate in bi-weekly 1:1s with agency leadership and weekly Client Success Meetings
- Strategic input - contribute to quarterly team meetings and provide client insights that inform agency-wide improvements
- Quality assurance - ensure all client deliverables meet brand standards and agency quality expectations before delivery
Key Success Metrics:
- Client retention and satisfaction scores
- Achievement of client-specific KPIs (engagement, growth, conversions)
- Timely delivery of all client commitments
- Proactive identification of growth opportunities for clients
- Positive client feedback and testimonials
Requirements
- Client-focused mindset - passionate about building strong, trust-based relationships and delivering exceptional results
- Client-based experience - experience managing professional customer relationships with clients of various sizes
- A people person - loves to connect with new people and foster positive relationships(both with clients and their communities)
- Strategic communicator - knows how to write in a conversational tone and can adapt communication style to different client needs
- Visual storyteller - an eye for visuals, preferably has experience with Canva and content creation
- Community builder - a love of community, passionate about helping small businesses grow and thrive
- Social media expert, particularly TikTok and Instagram - excited to try new tools,tell compelling stories, and stay current with platform trends
