Description

Mysha is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Experience & Strategic Partnership Manager to lead event concepting, event logistics, guest communication and the seamless execution of memorable experiences across our hubs in NYC, LA, Austin, and Miami.

Equally important, this role is responsible for sourcing, nurturing, and securing strategic partnerships and vendor relationships that enhance the Mysha experience. From venues and catering partners to brand collaborators, you will ensure every partnership feels deeply aligned with Mysha’s aesthetic,mission, and high-touch member experience.

Responsibilities

Event Planning & Execution

● Concept, plan, and execute up to 8 events at a time across our hubs.
● Manage all event logistics: timelines, budgets, RSVPs, vendor coordination, guest communication pre- and post-event, and run-of-show documents.
● Build Luma event pages, track guest lists, and manage attendee communication.
● Create collateral and visual assets in Canva.
● Serve as onsite lead for NYC events and select travel events, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional guest experience.
● Capture event content and coordinate with our social media team for post-event promotion.

Strategic Partner & Vendor Development (Major Component of This Role)

● Proactively source, pitch, and secure new strategic brand, venue, F&B, and expert/guest speaker partnerships in all 4 of our markets that align with the Mysha brand aesthetic, values, and community needs.
● Build and maintain a robust pipeline of partners to support event programming across all hubs.
● Identify partnership opportunities that enhance the member experience, elevate our events, strengthen Mysha’s brand presence, or reduce event costs.
● Represent Mysha professionally in all external partner conversations; articulating our mission, community profile, and value proposition with clarity and confidence.
● Negotiate partnership terms to ensure mutually beneficial collaborations.
● Maintain weekly reporting on partnership outreach, conversations, and active pipeline status and communicate pipeline progress regularly to the team.
● Develop long-term relationships with partners that extend beyond one-off events.

Guest Communication & Community Coordination


● Own all pre- and post-event communication with guests, partners, and the Mysha team.
● Support member-facing processes including new member data management and guest coordination for virtual events.
● Be present in select virtual Mysha pods to understand community needs, tone, and culture.

Cross-Functional Support

● Provide administrative and project support across the Mysha team as needed.
● Collaborate on internal projects that enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements

Required Experience

● 5+ years of event coordination or experiential marketing
● Experience in partnership development, vendor sourcing, or brand collaborations
● Proven ability to pitch, negotiate, and build relationships with external partners

● Extremely organized with strong project management skills
● Sharp aesthetic sensibility and ability to create elevated event experiences
● Clear and professional communicator (written + verbal)
● Proactive, resourceful, “figure it out” problem solver
● Skilled at managing multiple deadlines simultaneously
● Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
● Savvy at reading brand alignment and partnership potential
● Confident representing the Mysha brand in external conversations
● Saviness with Canva, Luma, Notion, Google Workspace, and leveraging AI tools for efficiency

Benefits

Compensation & Benefits

This is a full-time role, generally operating on a 10am–6pm EST schedule. Hours will fall outside of the typical workday based on the event schedule.

● Salary range: $65-95K Annual Salary
● For full time work, 14 days of annual paid time off (up to 5 days allowed to rollover to the next year)
● Sick Leave offered commiserate to applicable law
● Access to 401k plan with employer contribution eligible after 1 year of full-time employment
● Remote work with occasional travel for team meetings or events
