We're looking for a reliable and hardworking handyman in the Sullivan, Indiana area for ongoing property maintenance and renovation projects.

Responsible for performing general maintenance and minor repairs across residential properties to ensure safety, functionality, and upkeep of facilities.

The work may include flooring installation and repairs, painting, cleaning, metal roof work, trim work, gutter maintenance, and other general handyman tasks as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and repair basic plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and finishing issues
• Perform preventive maintenance: roof leaks, faucets, light fixtures, locks, and door hardware
• Install and assemble furniture, shelving, curtains, lighting, and small equipment
• Follow safety protocols and leave work areas clean and organized
