Description

As the Social Strategist, you will own client interfacing and execution of social media strategies across a diverse portfolio of clients, spanning multiple industries and audience types. Your role is central to shaping the creative direction of campaigns that drive engagement, attract new business, and build brand presence. You’ll craft tailored content strategies that enhance storytelling and production quality, all while staying rooted in a social-first, authentic approach. From ideation through to final delivery, including oversight of graphics, photography, and post-production, you’ll ensure creative consistency and high-quality output across every client engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Drive creative campaign development: Conceptualize and produce award-winning social media campaigns and content shoots that attract new clients and give us a stellar reputation for creativity and flexibility.
  • Set strategic content direction for Short form and UGC video: Collaborate on setting content strategies for clients understanding the resources and strengths of the agency, plus knowing what works on social media.
  • Own the creative output: Provide high-level creative direction and ensure the final creative aligns with strategic goals, platform best practices, and brand tone.
  • Oversee visual production: Oversee all graphics, photo, and video editing for the agency and its clients.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention: Retain existing clients with continual quality checks to achieve their desired results.
  • Manage production resources: Manage budgets, equipment, and tech stack for remote creative team.
  • Contribute to talent recruitment and coordination: Management and recruitment of internal talent, freelancers, and models for projects.
  • Organization and quality assurance: Will be responsible for auditing and QAing client deliverables to ensure quality aligned to the brand

  • Client retention and satisfaction scores
  • Achievement of client-specific KPIs (engagement, growth, conversions)
  • Timely delivery of all client commitments
  • Proactive identification of growth opportunities for clients
  • Positive client feedback and testimonials

Requirements

  • Must have agency or similar work experience
  • 3-5 years of experience in social content creation, production at a creative agency, or in tv/film/journalism.
  • Experience making short form and UGC content that drives results on Pinterest, Instagram and TikTok.
  • You stay ahead of social trends and know how to create content that connects, engages, and has viral potential.
  • People person, not shy to approach strangers and get them onboard to make content with you!
  • Great at design, you’re a visuals person.
  • Background in leading significant social strategy across multiple high-profile platforms and audience types, adapting to evolving trends and platform nuances.
  • Team player, love supporting others to make their ideas come to life.
