A Day in the Life


Most weeks follow a predictable rhythm using Standard Work, designed to help you stay organized and successful managing multiple client accounts.

On a typical day you will:

  • Start by reviewing ClickUp priorities and planning your execution blocks
  • Respond to client emails and provide clear updates or recommendations
  • Lead or prepare for monthly client meetings focused on performance and next actions
  • Build or refine content calendars aligned to client goals
  • Edit videos, write captions, and coordinate creative assets with Community Coordinators
  • Review engagement and conversion metrics to identify opportunities
  • Generate and send Weekly Analytics Reports to clients and flag risks early
  • Collaborate with Community Coordinators to maintain execution quality

Responsibilities

Client Management and Strategy

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client accounts, ensuring prompt response to client inquiries within 24 business hours.
  • Conduct client meetings to comprehend their objectives and align strategies with their overarching goals.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans tailored to each client's objectives.
  • Analyze each client's platform to adjust strategies according to their specific needs.
  • Schedule and prepare for all client meetings, understanding meeting objectives beforehand.
  • Manage project workload and deadlines accordingly.

Client Content Development

  • Create content calendars for each client platform.
  • Generate engaging content aligned with client objectives.
  • Source necessary content, including multimedia assets, for clients.
  • Write captions in the brand voice for client posts.
  • Schedule content distribution across various platforms.
  • Compile weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports capturing client content analytics.

Team Collaboration

  • Attend team meetings and check-ins regularly, actively participating and contributing insights.
  • Participate in team photoshoots to be used for company-branded content.
  • Collaborate closely with Community Coordinators to ensure client goals are met and engagement efforts are effective for their clients.
  • Actively participate in brainstorming sessions and strategy meetings to contribute ideas for client campaigns and initiatives.
  • Offer support to colleagues by sharing best practices, resources, and insights gained from client interactions.
  • Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment by actively engaging in team-building activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in training and mentoring new team members as assigned, sharing knowledge and expertise to help them integrate smoothly into their roles.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, conveying client feedback, requests, and requirements effectively to ensure alignment and successful project outcomes.
  • Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency within the team, contributing to the overall success of client projects.

Requirements

  • 3+ years proven experience in account management, preferably in a media agency or enterprise setting.
  • Skilled communicator with proven experience developing and managing strong client relationships
  • Collaborative growth mindset, excited to directly contribute ideas and insights to company success
  • Proficiency across all social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Pinterest, etc)
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate client needs and industry trends.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to provide actionable solutions.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality control and consistency.
