  • Hours: Full-time, 28-35 hours a week with rotating shifts

Pay & Commission:

  • Hourly Pay: $15 per hour.
  • Base Commission: In addition to your hourly pay, earn a 3% commission on all sales.

Bonus Incentives:

  • High-Margin Items: An additional 2% commission for selling items priced above $350.
  • Seasonal Boost: From October to December, receive a 2% commission boost during our high-traffic months.
  • Community Impact Bonus: Earn a $50 bonus for every 10 hours volunteered at community events aligning with our brand values.
  • Team Goals: Bonus pool distributed among staff if store-wide sales targets are met, proportional to individual sales contributions.

Brand Ambassadorship:

  • Forge meaningful, knowledgeable connections with clients to understand their fashion needs and preferences.
  • Embody and promote the essence of Queen Anna House of Fashion in all client interactions.

Sales Goals and Customer Engagement:

  • Meet or surpass sales objectives consistently.
  • Offer tailored fashion advice and styling options based on client needs, budgets, and body types.
  • Be hands-on and work with clients for the duration of the sales lifecycle from greeting and understanding their needs to closing the sale and ringing up the order.

Styling and Merchandising:

  • Curate visually captivating in-store displays to showcase merchandise and draw customer attention.

Store Operations:

  • Monitor in-store resources and supplies, signaling the appropriate team members for replenishments.
  • Collaborate closely with the Owner and team to ensure a cohesive brand experience and smooth store operations.


  • Physical mobility to perform various tasks, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency in platforms like Notion, Slack, G-Suite, and Canva.
