Description
The role is ideal for someone who believes in our mission that there should be a better way to help your parents as they get into their 70s/80s. We are seeking an individual to help increase engagement through talking with our customers, bring on new customers by explaining how we can help them, and a handful of other tasks and initiatives as we grow the business. Your self-starter attitude, grit and work ethic are the best additional skills you can bring to the table.
Help Your Parents is a startup that was founded and funded by Aspatore Ventures. We’ve developed an online plan that makes all the things we inevitably have to face as our parents get older so much easier, plus we offer personal 1:1 services to help research and provide guidance for individual situations. The primary role is to help develop revenue paths, testing scripts with customers, getting feedback from advisors, and closing sales with prospective clients. You will also be responsible for customer experience and conducting individual focus groups. The role reports into the Chief Growth Officer for Aspatore Ventures, who will provide daily guidance and feedback as you test your revenue paths.
Position is remote, looking for someone to start immediately.

Responsibilities
You need to be comfortable working on your own, doing back-to-back calls with people for feedback, constantly prospecting for clients, and being very driven to generate revenue as the overwhelming goal that matters at this stage of the startup. As revenue goals are met, additional resources will be granted to grow the team and begin scaling, along with equity incentives and other bonus opportunities.

Requirements
Essential Duties & Qualifications: To perform this position successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform these essential functions.
Must sound polished on the phone and be comfortable talking to individuals about their aging parents, and be excited by being on as many calls a day at this stage of the business until we have a script that works and you begin building a team.

- Must be comfortable with revenue goals and understand this is the only true marker for this stage that counts
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, since 20% of time must be on the other aspects of delivering the service and overseeing that side of the business
- Must enjoy problem-solving and multi-tasking, be a self starter and be efficient working remotely
- Must be energetic and positive - hitting dead-ends doesn’t disappoint you, you simply try another way
- The passion and work ethic to be an entrepreneur and excited to get in on the ground floor of an exciting company

- Base Pay Range: $60,000 - $100,000 annual salary, $10,000 bonus at 6-months for revenue goals achieved, future equity
