Responsibilities

Engagement Excellence:

  • Engage across platforms (Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Facebook) with strategy and intent.
  • Daily interactions, ensuring every brand's voice is consistently represented.
  • Channel the brand's ethos, ensuring authenticity and strategic alignment in every interaction.

Strategic Workflow:

  • Collaborate with the Engagement Lead and Account Manager to craft and refine engagement strategies.
  • Flag any messaging nuances or noteworthy comments.
  • Direct pivotal DMs to the Account Manager, ensuring no opportunity is missed.
  • Stay updated with client-specific engagement guidelines.
  • Deliver weekly engagement reports, offering insights and recommendations.
  • Use AgoraPulse's listening tool to align with client campaigns and spot opportunities.
  • Attend monthly client pod meetings, ensuring alignment and proactive planning.

Community Management Mastery:

  • Design and implement community management plans, detailing engagement tactics, target audience interactions, and growth strategies.
  • Dive deep into the world of comments, direct messages, and outbound engagement through hashtags and locations.
  • Make informed decisions, backed by data and insights.
  • Be the team's motivator, celebrating every success and learning from every challenge.
  • Ensure clear and consistent communication across all channels.

Requirements

  • Mastery in time management and communication.
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and platforms with finesse.
  • Adept at both giving and receiving feedback with a constructive and positive approach.
  • Deep understanding of the social media landscape and its ever-evolving dynamics.
  • Curiosity and drive to always ask, learn, and innovate.
  • Analytical prowess to discern trends and craft engagement strategies accordingly.
  • Proactive mindset, always ready to identify and act on new opportunities.
